Responsible for:

• Conducting extensive research with clients and customers, create user personas, and instruct other UX designers on these research techniques.
• Perform usability testing and analyze strengths and weaknesses of process
• Construct sketches, wireframes, prototypes and mockups with an eye for clean designs that clearly communicate concepts to teams
• Mentoring UX Designers on best practices for conducting research, performing usability studies and creating designs
